Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below to understand your rights and options when booking with us. We aim to provide a transparent and fair process for all our valued customers. 

Cancellation Policy

At Foxybrows, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
